About The Position

As a Program and Project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a Program and Project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our customers strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, etc. and have regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, project analysts, engineers and senior leadership. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

  • Experience building and maintaining Project Schedules
  • Experience building and presenting schedule visualizations
  • Experience working on a cross-functional team
  • Knowledge of the DoW Acquisition Process
  • Ability to learn and utilize cutting edge tool suites to perform analysis and develop schedule roadmaps
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Kidasa Milestone Professional
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management
  • Ability to brief up to 25 individuals at a time
  • Ability to interact with Engineers, Program Managers, Logistics and Senior Leadership
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus
  • PMP Certification
