You’ll collaborate with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and perform tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Risky Project while having regular interactions with cross-functional teams. You'll gather a variety of program information, conduct analyses of key program metrics, and prepare briefing documentation and key decision documentation. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing program or project schedules
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master managing project planning
  • Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to manage the technical baseline and IMS at all integration levels within the DoD acquisition lifecycle
  • Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting
  • Experience with scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project and Kidasa Milestone Profession
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience supporting business process updates and improvements
  • Knowledge of the DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework
