About The Position

This role serves as a point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and providing guidance. The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert on internal guidelines, seller guides, and pricing. Responsibilities include fielding complex loan scenarios, offering lending solutions, and managing email and phone inquiries from internal and external partners. The role also involves assisting with loan submissions within the company's LOS and functioning as an Account Manager within the non-QM space.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mortgage product experience: processing or sales experience preferred within the non-QM space.
• Strong knowledge of product guidelines.
• Organized and detail-oriented person who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high production level.
• Must manage a high volume of emails and incoming calls.
• Familiarity with all MS products
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English and Spanish are preferred.
• Prior experience with Meridian Link is highly preferred but not mandatory.
