The role
eMazzanti Technologies is seeking a SCCM & Intune Technical Consultant with a strong background in enterprise endpoint management and modern device deployment. This high-impact role will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Intune solutions for clients, particularly in legal and compliance-driven environments.
As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to modernize their IT infrastructure, streamline device management, and ensure secure, scalable deployments. Your experience in law practice environments and ability to manage complex technical projects will be key to your success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune
• Strong knowledge of OS deployment, task sequences, and Autopilot
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience with Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, and patch management
• Familiarity with legal IT environments and compliance requirements
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 70-703) are a plus

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with law firms or legal IT infrastructure
• Exposure to VMware, SCOM, and SQL for reporting and monitoring
• Prior consulting or MSP experience
• Ability to manage multiple client environments and projects simultaneously
• Strong documentation and client communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SCCM/MECM and Intune solutions for enterprise clients
• Develop and manage task sequences, OS deployment strategies, and Autopilot configurations
• Perform patch management using WSUS and SCCM for client and server environments
• Create and deploy applications, packages, and updates using SCCM and Intune
• Troubleshoot and optimize endpoint management systems and deployment processes
• Integrate SCCM with Active Directory, GPO, and PowerShell automation
• Lead or support Windows 10/11 upgrade projects, including driver certification and hardware testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical documentation, health checks, and ongoing support for managed environments
• Assist in migrations from SCCM to Intune for modern workplace scenarios
