About The Position

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales, and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement, and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance, and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea, and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment. Mini-Circuits sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, and sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website. The Scanning Operator scans and converts company documents to electronic format and uploads, maintains, and distributes electronic files through the company network and approved communication platforms. Ensures scanned images and electronic records are accurate, complete, and of acceptable quality. Supports document control and electronic record maintenance activities as required.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities and short deadlines.
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
  • Ability and willingness to abide by Company’s Code of Conduct

Nice To Haves

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for extended periods of time
  • Occasional travel, some overnight, as required

Responsibilities

  • Pull model folders from file cabinets and prepare for scanning
  • Scan model documents, H-Run and L-Run shop packets, standards and other documents that exist in paper format only
  • Upload scanned images to MCL network
  • Share scanned images of H-Run and L-Run shop packets with responsible members via SharePoint, e-mail or Teams messaging
  • Pack scanned model folders and other scanned documents into boxes, label them and send them to Deer Park for keeping or disposal.
