About The Position
This position is for a Scaler Labor role on the 2nd shift at the Eufaula Fresh Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for weighing and packaging products according to specifications, maintaining a safe work area, and adhering to all company standards. This role requires the ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- Must follow all Tyson safety & hygiene policies/procedures
- Must be able to lift heavy items
- Must be able to stand and walk the entire shift
Responsibilities
- Add or remove products as needed to achieve the required weight.
- Verify that each bag meets weight specifications before packaging.
- Place completed bags into designated boxes located beside the hopper scale.
- Ensure accurate weighing and labeling of products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, food safety, and production standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
