About The Position

Patreon is seeking a Scaled Partner Manager to join their Scaled Creator team, part of Creator Success. This role focuses on supporting small and medium-sized creators on the Patreon platform by helping them feel supported and grow their businesses. The team operates at scale to manage over 300,000 creators, emphasizing efficient yet personal engagement through outreach, lifecycle programming, office hours, and retention strategies. The Scaled Partner Manager will specifically own the programming for the top of the Mid-Market creator portfolio, designing and executing scaled, higher-touch programs for approximately 600 creators. This involves creating email series, running office hours, publishing newsletters, and developing 1:many programming touchpoints that maintain a personal feel. The role also requires identifying when individual creators need more direct support for growth conversations, product walkthroughs, or human assistance.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in creator success, partnerships, community management, or a related creator-economy role, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building or running scaled programs, lifecycle email campaigns, or creator programming (e.g., owned an email series, newsletter, or event program end-to-end).
  • Written communication skills demonstrated at scale, with the ability to write outreach that feels personal and adapt voice for various communications.
  • Fluency with CRM and outreach tools (Salesforce, Airtable, or equivalent).
  • Ability to use data signals to prioritize work across a large creator cohort.
  • A track record of building repeatable processes and playbooks.
  • Ability to define structure in an early-stage role, as the program does not yet exist.
