About The Position

Patreon is seeking a Scaled Partner Manager (Contract) to support its mission of funding the creative class. This role is based in New York or San Francisco and operates on a hybrid work model, requiring two days per week in the office. The Scaled Creator team, part of Creator Success, focuses on supporting and growing small and medium-sized creators on Patreon through high-touch, scaled initiatives. The Scaled Program Manager will own the programming for top mid-market creators, designing and implementing programs from scratch. This includes creating email series, running office hours, publishing newsletters, and developing 1:many programming touchpoints that feel personal. The role also involves identifying when creators need more direct support and stepping in for growth conversations, product walkthroughs, or human connection.

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in creator success, partnerships, community management, or a related creator-economy role, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience building or running scaled programs, lifecycle email campaigns, or creator programming.
Written communication skills demonstrated at scale.
Fluency with CRM and outreach tools (Salesforce, Airtable, or equivalent).
Ability to use data signals to prioritize work across a large creator cohort.
A track record of building repeatable processes and playbooks.
Able to define your own structure in an early-stage role.
