About The Position

The Scale Operator is responsible for all facets of the truck weighing process including scale operation, data collection and entry. This role also provides administrative support via data entry and system upkeep. At Triple M Metal we recognize that our growth and success is really in our people and teams. Requirements

1 to 2 years in a similar role preferred.
1 to 2 years of work experience performing general administrative duties
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

Operates weigh scale and accurately records weights into Meyer inventory management system in accordance with operational policies and procedures
Conducts surveillance of yard operations from scale houses in accordance with established guidelines and reports all issues arising from unauthorized personnel on or around the property.
Provides exceptional customer service to members of the public, company drivers and/or third-party brokers in accordance with prescribed policies, procedures and company values
May be required to provide railcar administration in accordance with prescribed procedures
Provide administrative support to other parts of the warehouse
