Requirements
- Ability to communicate and work independently
- Ability to manage money transactions honestly and accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- High attention to detail with ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Can work weekday overtime and on weekends
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Certified Weigher Certificate preferred
- Experience handling money transactions a plus
Responsibilities
- Enter weight from truck on computer, generate ticket
- Provide tickets to drivers and buyers confirming haul details (material, quantity, etc.)
- Add new vehicles and orders/jobs to system, update overweight permits when required
- Manage credit card terminal, print out and scan missing tickets
- Complete daily required reports/paperwork
- Provide helpful and friendly customer service to truck drivers and customers
- Help inside sales make calls if needed
- Cross train as needed
- Other duties as assigned
