About The Position

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Montreal East, Quebec, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. As a Scale Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and respond appropriately to customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position (an asset).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Organized, responsible, independent, and resourceful.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between our locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival.
• Weigh trucks and enter information into the system.
• Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents in the software.
• Answer phone calls and redirect requests as needed.
• Track material shipments and produce required reports.
• Perform general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, billing, etc.).
• Provide coverage at our Laval branch as needed.
