About The Position

Additional Details Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below location will be Pennington, NJ $76,071 to $119836 Jersey City NJ $82419 to $126600

Requirements

Strong experience in Scala or functional programming
Unit Tests and Acceptance/Behavior Tests
Quality code delivery
Data structures, algorithms and problem solving
Agile delivery including pair programming and daily stand-ups
Continuous integration with a shared code base
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Nice To Haves

Banking middle/back-office domain experience
Third-party Scala libraries/frameworks such as Scalactic, Scalatra, Akka, RxScala or TypeLevel libraries
Understanding of Agile scrum Framework
