The role involves loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials, assisting in erecting and dismantling scaffolding under supervision, and maintaining a clean work area. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to work at heights and in various weather conditions, and possess a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior construction or labor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Assisting in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures under supervision.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Inspecting scaffold components for damage or defects.
• Following all company and OSHA safety regulations.
• Securing tools, materials, and equipment properly.
• Communicating with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Performing general labor duties as assigned.
