The Scaffold Crew Lead will serve as the on-site single point of contact for a Scaffold work crew. The Lead will direct the work of crews based on job criteria including size of crew, work complexity, and any applicable state or federal requirements, in accordance with all safety, environmental and operational practices and policies and procedures. This is a remote/rotational position on a construction project with an estimated duration of one (1) year. The anticipated start date is October/November of 2026. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided.
