About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an entry-level Scaffold Helper 1 to support scaffold crews. The role assists with erecting and dismantling various types of scaffolding by passing materials to crew members from ground level. It also helps stack materials for shipping and keeps the work area safe, neat, and orderly throughout the job. No direct experience is required, and on-the-job training is offered to eligible employees.

Requirements

• No direct experience is required; the role is entry level.
• General knowledge of the different types and sizes of scaffolding materials being used.
• Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 40 pounds or more.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors as required by the job.

Nice To Haves

• Some trade school experience is preferred but not required.
• A construction background is helpful.
• Bilingual ability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
