About The Position

CIMA is an industry leader in self-performing a wide variety of construction and environmentally sensitive projects. Our “Core Values” leads us to a proven track record of successfully completing complex industrial projects. This position will help team members by safely performing entry level duties including using, supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment. This position is for a turnaround beginning January through March 2026. Overtime and weekend work is required.

Requirements

• Over time and weekends are required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous task
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work well with others.
• Passionate about safety and following directions
• Willingness to learn various tasks across different trades

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of general construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean work areas and equipment.
• Maintain safe work environment.
• Load and unload materials.
• Apply material to fill gaps in surfaces.
• Supply or hold tools and materials.
• Mark reference points on construction materials.
• Remove worn, damaged or outdated materials from work areas.
