About The Position

Parametrix is seeking a SCADA Technician to join their Water team in the Greater Washington region, based in Puyallup, Washington. This role will support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of SCADA systems, process instruments, and control panels post-deployment. Requirements

• Expertise in SCADA systems and related technologies like Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and telemetry.
• 4+ years of experience in on-site troubleshooting and integration of process control systems.
• Proficiency with PLC and HMI development software such as AVEVA, Rockwell Automation, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and Develop SCADA and HMI systems using platforms such as AVEVA, Ignition, Rockwell Automation, or similar.
• Test and Implement: Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, commissioning, and field start-up activities.
• Maintain: Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of SCADA systems, process instruments, and control panels post-deployment.
