Job duties for this position may include:

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. An Interim Secret Clearance obtained within the first 90 days of employment is acceptable.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 5% of the time
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to work in a warehouse environment and adhere to safety protocols

Nice To Haves

  • additional certifications in supply chain management or logistics are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for Fuselage Tanks and aircraft parts.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.
  • Investigate and assist in resolving inventory variances and supply chain issues.
  • Coordinate the transportation, shipment, and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Work with shipping and receiving personnel to ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support delivery schedules, installations, and operational timelines.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and supply chain activities.
  • Generate reports regarding inventory status, order tracking, and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate supply chain concerns or delays to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure supply chain activities comply with company policies, customer requirements, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Perform quality inspections of received materials to verify compliance with specifications and requirements.
  • Address non-conforming materials and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and customers regarding supply chain activities and issue resolution.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and support effective vendor management practices.
  • Provide responsive customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and supply-related requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
