About The Position

SAIC is seeking a SCA Drafter/CAD Operator II for a position supporting multiple projects at our customer location in Hanahan, SC. This position is 100% onsite. As the Project’s Drafter, this individual will be required to have/be able to: Familiarity with multiple CAD platforms including Inventor and SolidWorks. Convert and/or recreate Inventor files in SolidWorks. Learn multiple project’s Technical Drawing Packages (TDPs) as well as the interoperability of system components. The knowledge and drive to continuously improve the Project’s repository of Drawing files. Work with the Project Engineer to develop Drawings of components. Support multiple projects simultaneously. Track and communicate tasking status to supervisors and managers. Participate in quarterly Project Management Reviews and Physical Configuration Audits as necessary. Utilize industry tools/tracking applications for drawing reviews, version control and storage of Drawings with an extremely disciplined version/revision control.

Requirements
