About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate PCA/HHA/LNA`s to join our team! As a PCA/HHA/LNA, you will help seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships while providing hands-on support.

Requirements

• Caring and supportive attitude
• Patience, flexibility, and understanding
• Dependable and professional
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a client's home
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification

Nice To Haves

• Previous home care experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and daily activities
• Provide transportation, errands, and shopping
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Encourage social activities and independence
• Communicate changes in a client's condition to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
