About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate and professional caregivers to provide home care services to the elderly and disabled in their own homes. Our mission is to enhance the quality of living through attentive care, maintaining client dignity and independence with honor and integrity. We offer training for caregivers with no prior experience. This role involves assisting clients with various tasks, from household chores and errands to providing companionship and personal care. Candidates will have the flexibility to choose which clients they wish to work with.

Requirements

• Patient and friendly with excellent communication skills
• Able to follow instructions
• Perform a variety of tasks to help clients
• Provide company and compassion to clients
• Assist with med reminders
• Assist with hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, and housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Assist with shopping errands
• Report any unusual incidents
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Assist client with personal care and hygiene
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencies
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client
• Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
• Meal Prep, cooking
• Vacuuming, Dusting, Dry and Wet mopping
• Cleaning the kitchen, dishwashing, taking out trash
• Washing. wiping bathroom
• Changing bed linens, laundry, folding
• Personal Care and Hygiene
• Bathing, Skin Care, Foot Care
• Feeding, Nutrition, Grooming
• Transfer, Incontinent Care
