Responsibilities

  • Owns product Line management (PLM) and control
  • Service product management
  • Gross Margin management
  • Implementation of sPDP and CIPs
  • Prepare and co-work with SBU new service penetration and renewal
  • Manages service product portfolio by participating in CSA engagement, collect HVPs, technical requirement and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis.
  • Initiate and drive CIPs (Continuous Improvement Programs) for the product where appropriate. Technical improvement, reliability, commonality, option reduction etc.
  • Owns regional service customer sites.
  • Implementation of service roadmaps including MCOS, LCOS management, alternative cost reduction
  • Facilitates Intercompany communication to align on service product strategies, provide guidance on pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders. Facilitates alignment meeting for service product roadmap and market proliferation
  • Support or Lead as necessary effort and coordination between various intercompany groups (such as operations, Engineering, AGS sales, Marketing, and Business Development) to achieve divisional cost targets and improve operational metrics for reduction in service deliverables and other variances
  • Collect customer HVM roadmap and potential challenges
