About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Select Business Unit (SBU) Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of small business accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
Minimum of 2+ years of agency experience.
Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work.

Nice To Haves

4+ years of agency experience preferred.
Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned book of small business accounts with premiums of $25,000 and under.
Handle all aspects of account management from A-Z, including quoting new and renewal business.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
