Requirements

Proven experience in SBE compliance, workforce development, or a related program management role
Strong knowledge of small business enterprise regulations and government contracting requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience managing subcontractor relationships and monitoring compliance metrics
Proficiency in reporting tools and documentation management systems
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee Small Business Enterprise (SBE) programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with SBE subcontractors, vendors, and community partners
Monitor and track SBE participation goals, reporting progress to leadership and stakeholders
Lead workforce development initiatives, including recruitment, training, and retention strategies
Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to integrate SBE and workforce goals into project planning
Prepare and submit compliance reports, documentation, and certifications related to SBE and workforce programs
Identify and resolve issues related to SBE subcontractor performance and workforce utilization
