About The Position

This individual will be responsible for developing relationships and soliciting prospective customers producing 7a and USDA loan opportunities for the Bank through calling efforts, marketing, and referrals. Minimum annual loan production goal of $10MM+.

Requirements

• 3+ years related SBA experience as a loan producer
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Able to make decisions independently
• Ability to analyze and evaluate risk
• Organized
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Familiar with SBA lending regulations
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• Community leadership experience a plus
• Sales energy with sustained record
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of SBA and other government guaranteed lending programs
• Follow all SBA policies and procedures
• Prepare presentations for loan approval
• Adhere to all compliance standards and regulations
• Assist in collections efforts as needed
• Set pricing and terms for loan products sold
• Evaluate loan requests and customer financial condition
• Provide operational and managerial support to the lending team
