Requirements

Ability to read a tape measure.
Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide and fractions.
Ability to read, follow directions, and good communication skills
Ability to work with others in a team environment.
Attention to detail.
Regular attendance.
Ability to stand and or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
Requires frequent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, turning, kneeling, reaching, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
Work is performed primarily in-doors.

Responsibilities

Work with supervisor and Monroe facility management to ensure production goals are met.
Comply with all Monroe policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Use tape measure and panel cutter to cut wood to specified dimensions.
Set up and operate molding machine producing high-quality product with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of wood products.
Basic computer skills
Operate a palm sander
Operate a walk-behind forklift.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or facility management.
