Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is helpful.
• Prior saw‑operating experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• A reliable work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret profile prints and travelers to determine correct cut lengths.
• Operate the finishing saw to cut aluminum accurately, making adjustments during part changes as needed.
• Assist with metal stacking and material handling.
• Inspect materials for defects or non‑conforming conditions.
• Serve as a backup to the Stretcher Operator when needed.
• Perform simple maintenance and minor repairs on saws, presses, and related equipment.
