What You’ll Do Operate the extrusion press safely and efficiently to meet production goals. Troubleshoot die‑related issues and help improve press performance. Identify scrap‑related problems and support efforts to increase efficiency. Inspect extruded parts for quality, damage, or rework needs. Load presses correctly to prevent damage and ensure smooth operation. Perform light maintenance on equipment and support general upkeep. Handle light to heavy lifting as part of daily tasks. QualificationsWhat You Bring Experience in manufacturing or production is helpful. Prior extrusion press experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person. Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
