If an entire wood piece is unusable, it should be placed on a designated buggy. Operators will place green dot stickers on partially filled boxes before relocating them and use sandpaper to smooth rough edges. If the wood is identified incorrectly, the operator must notify the Samples QC group, complete a Quality Non-Conformance form, and provide QC with a wood piece and identification number.
