About The Position

We are seeking a Saviynt IAM SME / Architect with strong hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and specifically with the Saviynt platform. This role involves end-to-end implementation, design, configuration, and support of Saviynt EIC/EICaaS solutions. You will be responsible for designing access request workflows, certifications, role models, and developing/customizing connectors and rules. The position also requires integration of Saviynt with various enterprise systems, support for MFA, SSO, and Zero Trust architectures, and expertise in privileged access management and directory services. Automation using scripting languages and CI/CD practices for IAM deployments are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be involved in ongoing operations, compliance support, and optimization of IAM platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in IAM.
  • Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with IGA platforms, with Saviynt strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in identity governance concepts: certifications, roles, entitlements, and access controls.
  • Strong integration background across enterprise and cloud systems.
  • Experience with API integration and testing using REST/SOAP (Postman), JSON, XML.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Groovy, SQL.
  • Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD, Okta / SSO platforms, Workday / HR systems, ServiceNow, and AWS / cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices for IAM deployments.
  • Support for audit readiness and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS).

  • Experience working with Saviynt for at least 6 years.

Responsibilities
