If so, we’re excited to invite you to join our dynamic team! We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Saute Cook with proven skills and a love for crafting exceptional dishes. This role reports directly to our talented Sous Chef and offer the chance to bring menus to life with precision and style. Requirements

  • A self-starter with a fiery passion for culinary excellence.
  • Independent thinker who thrives under pressure and adapts to fast-paced environments.
  • A sharp eye for detail, combined with the ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Culinary experience, preferably in high-volume breakfast or dinner settings.
  • Legal eligibility to work and serve in Florida (18+ years old).
  • Valid Food Handler Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in line cook roles.
  • Proficiency in Grill, Fry, Sauté, and Pantry stations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Masterfully execute recipes according to Sous Chef’s specifications.
  • Produce impeccable dishes that balance flavor, creativity, and efficiency.
  • Take pride in elevating the dining experience, exceeding expectations with every plate.
  • Seamlessly collaborate with other departments to meet member needs.
  • Uphold food safety standards, maintain a spotless workspace, and minimize waste.
  • Safeguard kitchen equipment and ensure it’s in peak condition.
