About The Position

Snowbird is seeking a year-round Saturday Housekeeper for the Iron Blosam Lodge. This part-time role involves cleaning duties in time-share condominiums on a piece-rate basis. Responsibilities include dusting furniture, vacuuming, making beds, cleaning mirrors, scrubbing toilets, showers, sinks, and floors. Additionally, you will empty trash, clean spills, pick up litter, and perform other tasks necessary to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms. The position requires Saturday availability and year-round commitment, with candidates seeking only seasonal work not being considered. A free Snowbird season pass is offered as a benefit.

Requirements

• Saturday availability is required.
• Must have year-round availability. Candidates seeking seasonal work will not be considered.
• Must have conversational English speaking skills.
• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Must have a neat appearance and a positive attitude.
• Must be reliable and prompt to work.
• Must have good listening and oral communication skills, conflict management, and dispute resolution skills.
• Demonstrate basic competency in English reading, writing, speaking, simple arithmetic, and interpersonal relations.
• Must be reliable, mature, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Requires good problem-solving skills.
• May also require the exercise of judgment within policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms.
• Occasionally sort, wash and fold linens.
• Maintain order in housekeeping closets.
• Perform other duties assigned by housekeeping director/supervisor.
