The Saturday Academy of Law (SAL) at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, is a program that provides ninth grade students with a unique opportunity to improve their reading, writing and critical thinking skills while learning more about the legal profession and higher education opportunities. The Program Manager will use skills as a seasoned and experienced administrative operation professional to manage, plan and administer the operations of the Saturday Academy of Law Program with limited scope. This role performs short- and long-term planning for the SAL Program, supervises the program coordinator and student employees, and oversees and supports SAL educators. The Program Manager will also supervise attendees throughout program events, including program sessions, parent orientation, and the closing ceremony. This role manages all logistics for busing, Saturday sessions, parent orientation, and the closing ceremony. The position demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
