The Spotlight program provides ABA services for children with ASD and other related diagnoses. The program facilitates peer-to-peer interactions through Natural Environment Training and capitalizes on organic opportunities for peer connection using an evidence-based ABA social skills curriculum. Children will not only be taught skills, but also will have to demonstrate those skills within the group via role play. Groups are formed on the basis of age, developmental needs, interests, and social/language competency. Spotlight also offers insurance (ASD diagnosis required) and private-pay options; behavioral assessments; school consultations; drop-in groups; and a summer program. This position will help run groups on Saturdays from 9am-12pm (Behavior Technicians are expected to arrive 30 minutes early to prepare and leave 15 minutes after for clean-up).
