About The Position
This role involves installing, upgrading, and servicing satellite systems for DIRECTV, VIASAT, and STARLINK. Technicians are responsible for planning installations, programming equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. Excellent customer service is a key aspect of the job, requiring technicians to interact with customers respectfully and professionally.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug test
- Must be able to work full time, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- Must have own work vehicle (Mini Van, SUV, or Truck) that is capable of carrying an extension ladder.

Responsibilities
- Plans installations by reviewing work orders, gathering supplies, evaluating location, locating access, formulating wiring plans, and arranging equipment
- Installs and programs equipment
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, replaces, and upgrades components
- Checks satellite TV systems for correct functionality and optimal performance
- Treats customers with respect, courtesy and professionalism at all times and provides excellent customer service which meets our targeted standards
