Next Solutions is seeking experienced and motivated Satellite Installation Technicians to support residential and commercial installation and service work throughout the Paducah,KY market, and surrounding areas. Technicians will perform installations, upgrades, service calls, and troubleshooting for satellite television and internet services, including DIRECTV, Viasat, and Starlink systems. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated contractors who enjoy hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and working independently in the field. The ideal candidate has previous experience installing or servicing telecommunications equipment and is comfortable working independently in customer homes and businesses.

Requirements

Previous satellite, cable, telecommunications, or related field experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage assigned workload
Customer service experience preferred
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
Ability to lift and carry installation equipment and materials
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to successfully pass required background screening
Ability to successfully complete required drug screening
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings when business needs require
A work vehicle capable of transporting installation materials and an extension ladder
Required hand tools and basic installation equipment
Smartphone or mobile device capable of supporting field service applications
