Here, you’ll advance your advisory skills to set-up, checkout, operate, teardown, pack, and transport advanced prototype and operational space-related C4ISR systems for our Space Force client. As a satellite communications technician on our team, you’ll closely impact the development of creative solutions to complex problems. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to support satellite communications system efforts worldwide. As a collaborator on all aspects of satellite communications, you’ll author technical documentation to support all aspects of support to the mission. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with both military and commercial deployable antenna systems and associated equipment
  • Ability to install, align, and diagnose antenna drive system components and failures
  • Ability to explain detailed signal flow and components in the transmit and receive paths
  • Ability to configure and operate test equipment, including signal analyzers and generators, oscilloscopes, satellite link emulators, signal filters, amplifiers, and distribution switches
  • Ability to create, read, and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Ability to communicate technical details and plans, including interaction and presentation to team members at all levels
  • Ability to multitask and adjust priorities based on customer needs
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Associate's degree in a STEM field

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of RF over Fiber systems theory and operations
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals and IP-based systems
  • Knowledge of fixed and deployable AC Power generation and distribution systems
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble various shelter systems, including inflatable tents, modular structures, and containerized units
  • Ability to operate a Fork or Boom Lift, including 6k, 10k, electric or gas powered, and all-terrain
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
