About The Position
Sassetti LLC is proud to announce Sassetti University 2027, an immersive program designed for students passionate about public accounting. This one-day experience offers in-depth exposure to key practice areas (Tax, Audit, and Client Accounting & Advisory Services), real-world project observation, mentorship from professionals at various levels, and networking opportunities with peers. The program aims to help students explore their career paths, connect with professionals, experience daily work life in an accounting firm, and begin building their professional foundation.
Requirements
- Students currently enrolled in accounting or finance programs.
- A passion for public accounting.
Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of how key practice areas—Tax, Audit, and Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS)—function and contribute to the firm’s success.
- Understand the roles, responsibilities, and impact of each team.
- Observe professionals navigating complex assignments, interpreting financial statements, and servicing notable clients.
- Engage in discussions with recent interns, current Managers, and Partners.
- Collaborate with like-minded peers on team projects.
- Develop potential and broaden understanding of public accounting.
