About The Position

Georgia Cancer Specialists is seeking a dedicated Hematologist Oncologist with a focus in Sarcoma to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity for a physician passionate about advancing cancer care and providing personalized, comprehensive treatment for patients with rare and complex malignancies. Our program offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced sarcoma surgeons and specialized sarcoma pathologists, supporting a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis, treatment planning and patient care.

Requirements

• Board certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Committed to multidisciplinary collaboration and delivering exceptional patient care.
• Passionate about improving outcomes for patients with rare and complex cancers.

Nice To Haves

• Specialized training, clinical experience, or a strong interest in sarcoma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the evaluation and treatment of patients with soft tissue and bone sarcomas.
• Collaborate with sarcoma surgeons and sarcoma pathologists to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered oncology care.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of a specialized sarcoma program.
