This is an onsite position within the Billing/Coding department at The Iowa Clinic. The role involves answering patient, clinic, insurance company, and other third-party calls using a multi-line telephone system. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments for various primary care clinic locations, directing calls or submitting electronic tasks to specific clinic teams, and processing electronic credit card and ACH payments.
