About The Position

This role is for a Senior Engineer who will provide support for the SAP Variant Configuration (VC) module and processes. The engineer will create SAP Bills of Material (BoM) to support planning, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering functions. Responsibilities also include supporting system upgrades and ensuring SAP master data integrity, quality, compliance, and consistency. The position reports to the Product Data Management Lead and is a remote position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 3+ years of experience
• SAP experience required

Nice To Haves

• SAP Variant configuration (VC module) experience
• Experience creating SAP BoM models
• Knowledge of overall design of Pressurized Water Reactors (PWR)
• Ability to interpret, and document complex business processes
• Experience with Power BI

Responsibilities

• Process engineering change notices in the SAP BoM database
• Originate supporting documentation to meet internal and external customer requirements
• Value the prevention of errors using human performance tools and independent verification
• Verify the work of peers and provide technical guidance, training, and direction to others
• Lead on project teams, including Master Data Management teams
• Manage SAP Material Master data activities, such as routine maintenance and data cleansing efforts
• Implement master data setup, validations, and maintenance following business procedures, processes, and work instructions
