The Industrial Equipment industry is undergoing significant transformation with digital smart factories, IoT connectivity, and operational efficiencies. SAP technologies, powered by Accenture, are at the forefront of this change with modern cloud-based and AI-enabled solutions. Accenture is expanding its SAP team to drive large-scale transformations for clients. This role involves originating, selling, and delivering SAP-based Supply Chain Transformation projects, working with leading companies, and making a positive impact. Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM)
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Industrial clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered)
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Industrial clients
Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including driving complex workshops, leading design decisions, and leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP TM area
Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

Engage with client executives on business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps, including sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations
Architect E2E solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions
Advise, design, and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation
Lead small teams, helping them achieve transformational roadmaps, onsite with clients or within Accenture
Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations
Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts
