About The Position

The abra SAP Department is seeking a skilled Technology Integration Coordinator to join large-scale SAP transformation projects. This role serves as a key coordination point between project teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. The position combines project coordination responsibilities with technical involvement, requiring the candidate to track and drive tasks, understand technical discussions, coordinate activities across multiple teams, facilitate communication, and support integration-related processes. The role offers the opportunity to work on strategic SAP initiatives involving cloud and on-premise environments, collaborating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, development, and SAP implementation teams. This is a full-time position based in Central Israel.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Project Management, or Technical Coordination roles.
• Strong technical orientation and ability to understand infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and integration-related topics.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional infrastructure and integration initiatives.
• Experience integrating on-premise and cloud environments.
• Experience with APIs and integration platforms.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SAP environments
• Experience working with Jira and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive activities across project, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, development, and vendor teams.
• Monitor project tasks, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
• Support integration activities across SAP, cloud, and on-premise environments.
• Participate in technical discussions and help translate requirements into actionable tasks.
• Manage and track activities using Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Represent the organization in day-to-day coordination with external implementation partners and vendors.
