Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in S/4 ABAP and FI
  • Experience in SAP technical deliverables, including enhancements, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Good understanding of S/4HANA architecture, concepts, and integration frameworks.
  • Exposure to SAP MM, VMS, SD and coordination with technical teams.
  • Experience in SAP to Non-SAP integrations and handling complex enterprise landscapes.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, system upgrades, and SAP Basis coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (onsite–offshore model).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven capability in mentoring and guiding distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking with proactive risk identification and problem resolution.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments with strict timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of automation approaches/tools in SAP environments is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement elicitation, analysis, and approvals with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and sizing for development, support activities, and change requests.
  • Ensure high-quality SAP technical deliverables with defect-free production deployments.
  • Participate in design and code review sessions, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to implement automation frameworks within the SAP landscape.
  • Manage and support cross-system integrations (SAP ↔ Non-SAP, cbFC, MIC, and third-party applications).
  • Collaborate with Basis and Security teams for system performance tuning, upgrades, and landscape optimization.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams for task assignment, requirement clarification, deliverable reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and scope creep, proactively driving mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, delivery quality, and governance standards.
