SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect

FluenceArlington, VA

About The Position

Fluence is seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of our global SAP S/4HANA supply chain platform. This role is responsible for defining end-to-end supply chain solutions across planning, procurement, manufacturing readiness, logistics, fulfillment, and finance integration, ensuring seamless alignment across SAP and connected enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines strong end-to-end SAP supply chain architecture experience with broad knowledge of SAP S/4HANA business processes, cross-functional integration, and scalable solution design. This role is primarily focused on enterprise supply chain architecture across the full operating model, rather than a single SAP functional specialty. It is critical to building a scalable, globally integrated supply chain platform that can support Fluence’s growth, evolving operating model, external manufacturing partnerships, and future operational capabilities.

  • Experience supporting complex global environments, including multi-plant, multi-entity, intercompany, external manufacturing, or partner integration scenarios.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, standardized, and supportable SAP solution designs.
  • Experience working with global teams and external delivery partners.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Exposure to SAP aATP or advanced fulfillment capabilities.
  • Experience integrating SAP with 3PL, warehouse, transportation, or external logistics providers.
