We are expanding our SAP team with advisory skills to drive transformation at scale for our clients. This role involves originating, selling, and delivering SAP-based Supply Chain Transformation projects. Requirements

Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain.
Advising clients on how to create roadmaps and business cases, set up and mobilize, drive execution, and achieve successful business outcomes for large SAP programs.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs that support multiple industries and clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered).
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Industry-specific clients.
Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (25-50 people), including in a Global Delivery model.
Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through combined SAP application and functional process expertise.
Engage with senior client executives on business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future).
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps, including during sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations.
Architect E2E solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions.
Advise, design, and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
Lead large project teams of varying size and scope, helping them achieve transformational roadmaps, onsite with clients or within Accenture.
Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts.
