About The Position

The SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program is a multi-year undergraduate rotational program that prepares students for full-time employment and long-term success at SAP or within our vast ecosystem of customers and partners after graduation. The STAR program allows students to get hands-on experience and rotate between multiple lines of business such as SAP’s Product & Engineering, Strategy & Operations, and Customer Value Group board areas. Selected students will be eligible to complete an international rotation at their choice of one of over 200 worldwide office locations. STAR students first receive a full range of formal trainings on SAP’s core technology stack and soft skills prior to entering their specific department and throughout their rotations. Students are expected to dedicate to full-time employment when on break from their university and part-time during their academic terms (10 hours per week minimum during part-time). Top performers who successfully graduate from university will be well positioned for full-time employment at SAP. Graduates of the program will likely find their ideal job in the areas of software development, service & support, product management, or consulting.
