SAP Senior Project Manager (all genders)

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in SAP consulting, project management, and/or program management.
- Proven track record leading complex SAP projects and programs.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing large-scale SAP transformations and multi-workstream initiatives.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on depending on assignment requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and rollout programs.
- Familiarity with modern SAP delivery approaches and tools, including SAP Activate, Cloud ALM, Signavio, integrated toolchains, and AI-enabled delivery methodologies.
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Goods.
- Previous experience in SAP functional, solution lead, or delivery lead roles.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solutioning workshops, and proposal development.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP implementation, transformation, and rollout initiatives.
- Manage executive stakeholders, steering committees, and key customer relationships.
- Establish program and project governance, quality assurance processes, and risk management practices.
- Oversee project managers, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive issue resolution, decision-making, and alignment across business and IT stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of project and program objectives.
- Support proposal development, solutioning activities, and client presentations as needed.
- Taking accountability for project and customer success.
