About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP SD/Vistex Functional Consultant position for our client. This role involves designing, implementing, and configuring SAP HANA-based Sales and Distribution (SD) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. The consultant will lead the configuration and support of Vistex Chargebacks functionality, partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and develop scalable SAP SD and Vistex solutions to optimize sales, pricing, rebates, and chargeback processes. The position also includes configuring, testing, and deploying enhancements, supporting integration between SAP SD, SCM, and related modules, troubleshooting production issues, and creating necessary documentation and training materials. Participation in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation support is also expected.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Hands-on experience with Vistex, including Chargebacks configuration and support.
• Experience implementing SAP HANA-based SCM and SD solutions.
• Strong understanding of pricing, billing, order management, and distribution processes.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with related functional modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business process improvement skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP functional solutions.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• 5+ years of SAP SD functional consulting experience.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Vistex Chargebacks solutions.
• Experience with SAP HANA implementations and SAP SCM integration.
• Demonstrated success leading functional design sessions, system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams within enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

• Create functional specifications, process documentation, and end-user training materials.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
