About The Position

Clarkston Consulting is seeking a motivated, self-driven leader to deliver business solutions to clients in the life sciences, consumer products, and retail industries. Consultants work at client sites and from their home offices when not at a client site; relocation is not required. Travel is integral to the role and is estimated to average 30–50%, depending on client and project needs.

The SAP SD Senior Consultant leads and guides consultants and client personnel through SAP Sales & Distribution implementations. The role includes leading analysis and design sessions, developing requirements and solutions, configuring SAP SD functions and integrations, overseeing customized report design and development, providing technical support and training, and helping scope prospective engagements and develop proposals. The consultant works across engagement activities, from design through hands-on configuration, and may take on new roles as needed.

Requirements

• Expertise in SAP SD.
• At least 3 full-life-cycle implementation projects.
• Team Lead experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to work across design and hands-on configuration and stretch into new roles.
• Thorough client services orientation and experience taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans or tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to present and write at a publication-quality level to communicate findings and recommendations.
• A four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide consultants and client personnel implementing SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
• Lead analysis and design sessions to establish requirements and develop client solutions.
• Design, develop, and configure SAP SD functions to meet client business requirements, including integration points with other modules.
• Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports.
• Provide general technical support for clients and conduct training as required.
• Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
